Designed with rest and relaxation in mind, the Beach House bedrooms offer comfortable private retreats after long days spent at the beach, by the pool, or exploring Fort Myers Beach. Each sleeping space continues the home’s light, relaxed coastal feel, giving guests a quiet place to recharge while still feeling connected to the vacation atmosphere of the house. The main bedroom is especially inviting, with sliding glass doors that open directly to the pool area. Wake up, step outside, and enjoy the Florida morning just a few feet from your bed—or slip out for an evening swim before calling it a night. The easy indoor-outdoor connection gives the room the feeling of a private resort retreat.

For even more flexibility, the home includes an additional room with a comfortable couch that converts into a cozy daybed, creating another sleeping, working or lounging area when needed. During the day, it is an easy place to read, relax, watch something, or simply get away for some quiet time. At night, it transforms into an extra sleeping space for guests.

The Dock Area

The fun continues well beyond the pool. Just outside, the Beach House opens onto a spacious waterfront deck designed for relaxing, entertaining, and making the most of every Florida day. Set directly along the canal, the deck offers several places to settle in and enjoy the view. Gather around the fire table in the Adirondack chairs, stretch out on a lounge chair or hammock, or head beneath the covered seating area when you want a little shade. It’s an ideal spot for morning coffee by the water, afternoon drinks, conversation with friends, or simply watching the boats and yes, fish along the canal.

For guests who like to stay active, this area adds a whole other level of entertainment. The property includes kayaks and recreational gear for getting out on the water, putting the canal right at the center of the vacation experience. The dedicated game area includes a ping-pong table, poker and card table, oversized Connect Four, and a chess/checkers table, giving kids and adults plenty to do between trips to the beach and dips in the pool. Bikes and additional outdoor gear make it easy to turn an ordinary afternoon into an adventure, while the combination of indoor-style games and waterfront activities gives everyone something to enjoy.

The Kitchen

Bright, spacious, and made for gathering, the Beach House kitchen combines clean coastal style with the comfort and functionality you want in a vacation home. Crisp white cabinetry, light countertops, warm wood flooring, and oversized glass pendant lights give the space a fresh, airy feel that flows naturally into the main living area. At the center is a large island with seating for five, creating an easy place for everything from quick breakfasts and morning coffee to cocktails, appetizers, and conversation while dinner is being prepared. The open layout means whoever is in the kitchen stays part of the action instead of being separated from the rest of the group.

Generous counter space and cabinetry provide plenty of room for preparing family meals, snacks for the beach, or a relaxed dinner at home.
